1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your wallet and using Prismata, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you fail to abide by the terms of these conditions, you may be restricted, blocked or otherwise banned from the service for such violations.

2. Legal Entity Disclosure

Prismata is operated by Prismata Limited, a registered company in England and Wales (Company No. 16144189)

3. Eligibility

• You must comply with your local laws regarding cryptocurrency trading
• You are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, namely:
• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Russia
• Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk)
• Venezuela
• Belarus
• Myanmar/Burma

4. Service Description

Prismata is a non-custodial interface for trading token bundles on Ethereum via Uniswap V4. We do NOT:

• Hold, custody, or control your funds
• Execute trades on your behalf
• Provide investment advice or recommendations

5. Fees

• Platform Fee: 0% on all trades (buy, sell, withdraw) while in beta.
• Gas Fees: Paid directly to Ethereum network (not retained by Prismata)

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• Verifying transaction details before signing
• Understanding the risks (see Risk Disclosure)
• Complying with tax obligations in your jurisdiction
• Conducting your own research on tokens

7. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Manipulate markets or prices
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform

8. No Warranties

Prismata is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uptime or availability
• Accuracy of token metadata or prices
• Successful trade execution
• Freedom from bugs or errors

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Prismata is not liable for any losses from using the platform
• We are not responsible for failed transactions, bugs, or exploits
• You use the platform entirely at your own risk

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the platform for any reason, including violations of these terms.

12. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
