Prismata is a non-custodial trading platform. We collect minimal information:

• Wallet Address: Your Ethereum address when you connect your wallet
• Transaction Data: On-chain transaction hashes and trade history
• Session Data: Temporary cookies for authentication

What We Don't Collect

• We do NOT collect your private keys or seed phrases
• We do NOT track your browsing behavior outside Prismata
• We do NOT sell your data to third parties
• We do NOT require email, name, or personal information

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Authenticate your wallet connection
• Display your transaction history and portfolio
• Calculate platform statistics (aggregated and anonymised)

Data Storage

Trade data is stored locally on our servers and includes:

• Transaction hashes (publicly visible on-chain)
• Token amounts and bundle selections
• Timestamps of trades

Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data where possible
• Make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)

You can request to delete your profile by contacting us via support. In some cases, complete deletion may not be possible where data is required for the functioning of the service or for legal compliance.
